Delivery and Returns

Delivery (Only available to the UK)

Postage and packaging are free. All items will arrive boxed delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24®. I aim to post out orders within 2 working days.

Returns

If you need to return an item, you have two weeks. Please contact me as soon as possible to explain the reason for a return.

The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. I would recommend using a courier with insurance as you will be liable for the cost of the item if it is damaged or lost in transit. When I receive the item I will then refund you.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of earrings.

No exchanges are possible due to the unique nature of the items.

Damaged/lost jewellery

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me via email (hordwuen@gmail.com) with a description and picture of the fault. I will then send you money for the return and when I receive the item and inspect it you will get a full refund.
